EGR Pipe Removal/Installation

Remove the EGR pipe mounting bolts (A).

Raise the vehicle on a lift.
Remove the front splash shield (see FRONT SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT ).
Remove the EGR pipe mounting nuts (A).

Remove the EGR pipe (B).
Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with new gaskets (C).
