Speaker Test/Replacement: Subwoofer

  1. Remove the left rear side trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SIDE AREA ).
  2. Remove the bolts (A) and nuts (B) from the subwoofer (C).

  3. Disconnect the connector (D), then remove the subwoofer.
  4. Measure the resistance between the terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be about 2 Ω.
  5. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the subwoofer.
