Cool Box Control Motor Replacement

  1. Remove the passenger's dashboard undercover (see PASSENGER'S DASHBOARD UNDERCOVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Remove the glove box (see GLOVE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  3. Remove the passenger's air mix control motor (see PASSENGER'S AIR MIX CONTROL MOTOR REPLACEMENT  ).
  4. Release the rod fastener (A), then disconnect the 7P connector B) from the cool box control motor (C).

  5. Remove the self-tapping screws and the cool box control motor from the heater unit, then remove the rod (D).
  6. Install the motor in the reverse order of removal. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
