Drive the vehicle at a speed of 3 mph (5 km/h) or less in R for at least 2 seconds.
Drive the vehicle at a speed of 3 mph (5 km/h) or more in R for at least 2 seconds.

Drive the vehicle in this manner only if the traffic regulations and ambient conditions allow.
