ECT Sensor 1 Replacement
- Remove the air cleaner (see
AIR CLEANER ELEMENT INSPECTION/REPLACEMENT
).
- Remove the bolt (A).

- Disconnect the ECT sensor 1 connector (B).
- Remove ECT sensor 1 (C).
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (D), then refill the radiator with engine coolant (see
COOLANT REPLACEMENT
).
