Keyless operation does not work (LOCK, UNLOCK, PANIC)

NOTE:  Before troubleshooting, check the B-CAN DTCs. If any DTC is indicated, troubleshoot the indicated DTC first.

1. Immobilizer system check:

   - 1. Try to start the engine.

   Does the engine start?

   YES 

   Go to step2.

   NO 

   Go to the immobilizer symptom troubleshooting .

2. Transmitter check:

   - 1. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).

   - 2. Test the transmitter - Refer to: Keyless Entry Transmitter Test (2012 - 2013),  or Keyless Entry Transmitter Test (2014 - 2015) .

   Is the transmitter OK?

   YES 

   Replace the immobilizer-keyless control unit - Refer to: Immobilizer-Keyless Control Unit Removal and Installation, or Immobilizer-Keyless Control Unit Registration .

   NO 

   Replace the transmitter, then register the new transmitter .
