Remove the driver's airbag assembly (see DRIVER'S AIRBAG REPLACEMENT ).
Disconnect the cable reel 20P connector (A).

Measure the resistance between terminals No. 3 and No. 6 in each switch position according to the table.

If the resistance is not as specified, replace the audio remote switch.
