DTC U0126-00: F-CAN Malfunction (EPS Control Unit-Steering Angle Sensor)

• 12 volt battery voltage above 10 V
• IG voltage continued more than 10 V more than 5 seconds

Operating Condition:

• 1.

  Start the engine.

• 2.

  Wait more than 60 seconds after the EPS indicator goes off.

• 1 drive cycle
• EPS indicator on

• Continue EPS function/assist (Limited assist) (Continue system diagnosis: EPS function/assist will return to normal when the system returns to normal)

• Open or Poor connection between the EPS control unit and the steering angle sensor (F-CAN_H, F-CAN_L lines)
• Steering angle sensor failure
• Motor/EPS control unit internal failure
