Audio-Navigation System DTC: 2607 (Navigation System) (2024 2025)

NOTE: 

1. If the audio-navigation unit indicates NG in the SXM Antenna diagnosis (the XM ANT icon is red in the System Links), the audio-navigation unit determines an abnormality and stores the DTC.
2. Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to: Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first .
3. Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .
4. Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
5. Troubleshoot the following DTCs first, if stored at the same time.
6. Audio-Navigation Unit: DTC 1702

1. Problem verification

   -1. Clear the hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .

   -2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.

   -3. Check for hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .

   Is DTC 2607 indicated?

   YES 

   Replace the audio-navigation unit - Refer to: AUDIO-NAVIGATION UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION (2024 2025) .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
