DTC P0341 : CMP Sensor and CKP Sensor Incorrect Phase Detected
NOTE: Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .

- Camshaft timing check
-1. Check the camshaft timing .
Is the camshaft timing OK?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Reset the camshaft timing.
- Timing belt check
-1. Check the timing belt .
Is the timing belt damaged or frayed?
YES
Replace the timing belt and the timing belt auto-tensioner .
NO
Go to step 3.
- PGM-FI system check (DTC check)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Reset the PCM with the HDS .
-3. Select CRANK PATTERN CLEAR, and clear the CKP pattern .
CRANK (CKP) PATTERN CLEAR
-4. Do the PCM idle learn procedure .
-5. Select CRANK PATTERN LEARNING with the HDS .

-6. Start the engine, and let it idle.
-7. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description Confirmed DTC Pending DTC P0341 CMP Sensor and CKP Sensor Incorrect Phase Detected Is DTC P0341 indicated?
YES
Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the CMP sensor, CKP sensor, and the PCM, then go to step 1.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If the on-board snapshot of this DTC is recorded, try to reproduce the failure under the same conditions with the on-board snapshot .
