Disassembly and Reassembly

NOTE:
  • Where icon is shown, further information shown below.
  • Do not disassemble the oil pump except for the shown parts.

Detailed information, notes, and precautions
Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
Replace
  1. O-ring - Remove
  2. Dowel Pin - Remove
  3. Pulley End Crankshaft Oil Seal - Remove
  4. Sealing Bolt - Remove
  5. Relief Valve - Remove
    NOTE:

    Check the relief valve must slide freely in the housing bore. Replace the oil pump as assembly if it is scored.

  6. All Removed Parts - Install
    1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: Apply liquid gasket to the mating surface of the engine block when installing.
