DTC C1041-00: Right Front Wheel Abnormal Slip Detection

• No other DTCs detected

Operating Condition:

• 1.

  Start the engine.

• 2.

  Test-drive the vehicle at 13 mph (20 km/h) or more for 72 seconds or more. (Drive the vehicle on the road, not on a lift. Be careful of the surrounding traffic conditions.)

• 1 drive cycle
• Brake system indicator on (If multiple wheel failures are detected)
• ABS indicator on

• Stop EBD function (If multiple wheel failures are detected)
• Stop ABS function

• Low air pressure in right-front tire
• Damage or debris on the right-front encoder surface
• Different diameter right-front tire
• Right-front wheel speed sensor failure
• ABS modulator-control unit internal failure
