Disassembly & Reassembly

Heater Control Panel, Air Mix Control Cable, Heater Control Base, Mode Control Cable, and Recirculation Control Cable - Remove

1. Remove the heater control panel (A) from the heater control base (B)

2. Without keyless access system: Remove the lid (C)

3. Using a snap ring pliers, widen the cable stops (D) in the cable holder (E), then pull out the control cables (F).

Bulbs - Remove

1. Remove the harness (A), then remove the bulbs (B).

Heater Fan Switch - Remove

1. Remove the knob (A)
2. Remove the heater fan switch (B).

All Removed Parts - Install

1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: After assembly, check that the lever slides or the dial turns smoothly through the full stroke from right to left.
