Malfunction Threshold

One of these conditions occurs:

• The input signal from transmission fluid pressure switch D (5th clutch) [5TH PRESSURE SWITCH] to the PCM is low for at least 5 seconds when the shift lever is in P, R, or N.
• The input signal from transmission fluid pressure switch D (5th clutch) [5TH PRESSURE SWITCH] to the PCM is low for at least 5 seconds when driving in 1st or 2nd gear.
• The input signal from transmission fluid pressure switch D (5th clutch) [5TH PRESSURE SWITCH] to the PCM is low for at least 5 seconds when the 2nd gear shift is commanded or when the shift lever is in P, R, or N, after the signal is low for at least 3 seconds when driving in 3rd, 4th, or 6th gear.
