- Do not disassemble the oil pump except for the shown parts.

- O-ring - Remove
- Dowel Pin - Remove
- Pulley End Crankshaft Oil Seal - Remove
- Sealing Bolt - Remove
- Relief Valve - RemoveNOTE:
Check the relief valve must slide freely in the housing bore. Replace the oil pump as assembly if it is scored.
- All Removed Parts - Install
1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. NOTE: Apply liquid gasket to the mating surface of the engine block when installing.
