Immobilizer System Description - Components

Security Indicator 

When vehicle ON mode is entered, the authentication of the immobilizer key starts and the indicator is off. When the key is successfully authenticated, the indicator stays off. When the key is not successfully authenticated, the indicator blinks, the vehicle is turned to the OFF (LOCK) mode, and then the indicator goes off after blinking several times. Ignition Key 

Vehicles equipped with the immobilizer system have an identification marking on the mechanical key. Consider this identification marking as a proof of the vehicle having the immobilizer system.
