- 12 volt battery voltage above 10 V
- IG voltage continued more than 10 V more than 5 seconds
Operating Condition:
- Start the engine.
- Wait more than 60 seconds after the EPS indicator goes off.

- Open or Poor connection between the EPS control unit and the VSA modulator-control unit (F-CAN_H, F-CAN_L lines)
- VSA modulator-control unit program not the latest
- VSA modulator-control unit internal failure
- Steering column/EPS control unit internal failure
