  • ECU type not selected.
Execution Initial Diagnosis

DTC Type
  • 1 drive cycle
  • EPS indicator blinks
Fail Safe Action
  • Continue EPS function/assist (Limited assist) (EPS function/assist will return to normal after the EPS control unit function selected)
Possible Cause
  • ECU type not selected
  • ECU type select tool failure
  • Steering column/EPS control unit internal failure
