CRUISE CONTROL CANNOT BE SET (Cruise Control) (2016 2017 2018)

Diagnostic procedure 

• 1. Check the PGM-FI system - Go to: How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems
• 2. Do the Cruise Control Combination Switch - Removal and Installation, Test (2016 2017 2018) test.
• 3. Do the Cruise Control (ECM/PCM) Input Test (2016 2017 2018) .

Also check for 

• Open circuit, loose or disconnected terminals: GRN, PUR, TAN or LT GRN wire between the cruise control combination switch and the gauge control module
• Faulty gauge control module
