How to Enter Neutral Position Holding Mode: Procedure

NOTE:
  • This function is automatically canceled after about 15 minutes from entering the neutral position holding mode.
  • When the negative terminal of the 12 volt battery is disconnected, the neutral position holding mode is canceled and the vehicle is shifted into P position.
  1. Neutral Position Holding Mode - Enter
    1. Park the vehicle on level ground, and block all four wheels.

    2. Start the engine.

    3. Shift the transmission to N position/mode while pressing the brake pedal.

    4. Press and hold the N button again for 2 seconds.

    NOTE:

    Press the power switch if you want to stop the engine with the neutral position holding mode.
