DTC: 1002

DTC 1002 : SD Read Error

NOTE:

Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to:
12 Volt Battery Test (Without Auto Idle Stop System) or

12 Volt Battery Test (Touring) .
This navigation DTC sets when there is a problem with the SD card.
Before You Troubleshoot, Make Sure To Follow The General Troubleshooting Information .

Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes.

- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.

- 3. Check for hard error codes.

Is DTC 1002 indicated?

YES

Replace The SD Card (2016 2017 2018) .

NO

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
