Intake Manifold (2019 2020 2021): Removal

NOTE:  Refer to the Exploded View if needed during this procedure.

1. Air Cleaner - Remove 
2. Intake Air Duct - Remove 
3. EVAP Canister Purge Hose and Connector (EVAP Canister Purge Valve) - Disconnect 
4. Throttle Body - Move 

   NOTE:  Do not disconnect the water bypass hoses.

5. Brake Booster Vacuum Hose and PCV Hose - Disconnect

   1. Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose (A) and the PCV hose (B). 2. Remove the hose clamps (C).

6. EGR Pipe B - Remove 
7. Intake Manifold - Remove

   1. Remove the intake manifold mounting bolts and nuts sequentially in three steps. 2. Remove the intake manifold.

8. Intake Manifold Base - Remove

   1. Remove the intake manifold base mounting bolts and nuts sequentially in three steps. 2. Remove the intake manifold base.
