A/C Pressure Sensor (Variable Capacity Compressor)
The A/C pressure sensor is attached to a discharge pipe. This sensor uses the sensor that the output voltage changes by the pressure. PCM receives the voltage signal and is used to drive the A/C compressor. When the A/C system pressure rises to an upper limit, or decreases to a lower limit, PCM stops the A/C compressor to protect the system.
- Upper limit: 2, 950 kPa (30.08 kgf/cm2, 427.9 psi)
- Lower limit: 196 kPa (2.00 kgf/cm2 , 28.4 psi)
- Low to high fans switch point: 1, 700 kPa (17.33 kgf/cm2 , 246.6 psi)
