EPS Control Unit

When there is an EPS control unit malfunction when the LKAS is operating, both EPS and LKAS indicators come on. If there is a LKAS malfunction, this does not turn on the EPS indicator, but the LKAS will not try to control the EPS. After LKAS cancellation, depending on the malfunction which was detected, usual EPS control function returns.

When the EPS indicator comes on during LKAS operation, check for EPS DTCs. When the LKAS indicator comes on, check for LKAS-EPS DTCs.
