Audio-Navigation System DTC: 1702 (Navigation System) (2024 2025)
Refer to: NAVIGATION SYSTEM DESCRIPTION - SYSTEM DIAGRAMDTC 1702 : SXM Antenna Error
NOTE:
- If the detection circuit reference voltage does not match the threshold, the audio-navigation unit determines an abnormality and stores the DTC.
- Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to: Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first .
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .
- Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .
-2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.
-3. Turn on the audio-navigation unit, and select the XM radio.
-4. Check for hard error codes - Refer to: HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM .
