Parking Sensor Indication Function

Parking sensor indication is based on the B-CAN information (refer to the Parking and Back-Up Sensor System description about the parking sensor function).

If the audio unit receives information about a failure of the sensor (s) from the parking and back-up sensor control unit when displaying a rearview image, the audio unit displays the failure status notification on the display.
