DTC Advanced Diagnostics: P0052: General Description
The front air/fuel ratio (A/F) sensor (bank 2, sensor 1) heater is controlled by the duty signal command from the powertrain control module (PCM) to heat front A/F sensor (bank 2, sensor 1) to an optimal temperature. The monitor circuit in the PCM monitors the voltage level of the AFHTB2 terminal, and if an abnormality of the terminal voltage is detected, the PCM detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.
