• High pressure fuel pump HPUMPH line short to ground
• High pressure fuel pump HPUMPH line short to power
• High pressure fuel pump HPUMPL line open
• High pressure fuel pump HPUMPL line short to ground
• High pressure fuel pump HPUMPL line short to power
• Injector relay failure
• High pressure fuel pump failure
• PCM internal circuit failure
