Repair Procedure
NOTICE:
- Make sure you review the A/C service tips and precautions before doing repaires or servicing.
- Review the A/C refrigerant oil replacement procedure - Refer to: A/C Refrigerant Oil Adjustment () or A/C Refrigerant Oil Replacement () before doing repairs or service.
- Plug or cap the lines immediately after disconnecting them to avoid moisture and dust contamination.
- Apply compressor oil - Refer to: A/C Refrigerant Oil Adjustment () or A/C Refrigerant Oil Replacement () when installing new O-rings for A/C systems.

Removal/Installation
- To prevent damage, hold the A/C pressure sensor mounting block (a) in place with a wrench.
After Installation
- A/C Refrigerant Evacuate and Charge
- A/C System Test - Refer to: A/C System Test () or A/C System Contamination Inspection () or A/C System Inspection ()
- Do the Self-Diagnostic Function with the HDS .

Remove:
- Undercover Area Parts
- Trailsport: Front Skid Plate
- Except Trailsport: Engine Undercover
- Radiator Area Parts
- Radiator Fan Shroud
- Both Radiator Upper Brackets

After Installation
- A/C Refrigerant Evacuate and Charge
- A/C System Test - Refer to: A/C System Test () or A/C System Contamination Inspection () or A/C System Inspection ()

Installation
NOTICE:
- Install the desiccant as quickly as possible to prevent the system from absorbing moisture from the air.
- Be careful not to damage the cap. It is made of resin and can be easily stripped.
