1. A.-

   Preconditions 

   • Engine Coolant Drained - Refer to: Coolant Check () or Coolant Replacement ()

   Key Information 

   Do the following before starting your work.

   Remove: 

   • Undercover Area Parts
     • Engine Undercover (Except TRAILSPORT)
     • Front Skid Plate (TRAILSPORT)
     • Splash Shield

   After Installation 

   • Engine Coolant Refill - Refer to: Coolant Check () or Coolant Replacement ()
2. B.-

   Preconditions 

   • Engine Coolant Drained - Refer to: Coolant Check () or Coolant Replacement ()

   Key Information 

   Do the following before starting your work.

   Remove: 

   • Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly

   Sub-Procedure

   Removal 

   • Refer to the figure.

   Installation 

   NOTE: 

   • If you are reinstalling the original radiator, make sure the radiator upper seal is not damaged or distorted. Replace it if it is.
   • If you are installing a new radiator, make sure the radiator upper seal is installed.

   After Installation 

   • Engine Coolant Refill - Refer to: Coolant Check () or Coolant Replacement ()
3. C.-

   Key Information 

   Do the following before starting your work.

   Remove: 

   • Front Engine Harness Heat Insulator

   Move: 

   • Engine Harness Holder (Front)

   Sub-Procedure

   Removal 

   • Refer to figure 1 and 2.

   Installation 

   • Install the shroud until it bottoms as shown. (Figure 3)

   Key Information 

   Do the following before starting your work.

   Remove: 

   • Air Intake Tube
   • A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly

   Sub-Procedure
