Cold fast idle too low (MIL works OK, no DTCs set) (PGM-FI System)

Diagnostic procedure 

• Do the PCM idle learn procedure .
• Check the idle speed .
• Do the carbon accumulation check - Refer to: Throttle Body Cleaning ()  or Throttle Body Carbon Accumulation Check () .
