NOTE: 

• This troubleshooting is for display audio type with stereo amplifier.
• Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to: 12 Volt Battery Internal Resistance Reset () or 12 Volt Battery Test () .
• Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.
