Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel top cover. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
  2. Fig 2: Electrical Connector & Ambient Light Sensor

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector to the ambient light sensor on the underside of the I/P upper trim panel.

  5. Turn the ambient light sensor 1/4 turn and remove it from the I/P top cover.
