Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Service and Repair

COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT
1. Drain approximately one gallon of coolant from the engine.
2. Remove the wire connector from the coolent temperature sensor.
3. Using a suitable socket, unscrew the coolant temperature sensor from the intake manifold.
4. Reverse procedure for installation.
5. Refill the cooling system before starting the vehicle. Bring engine to operating temperature, inspect for leaks and top off the coolant.
