Control Module: Service and Repair

A/T Control Unit:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

CAUTION: Do not connect or disconnect the transaxle control module connectors with the negative battery cable connected. A minor spark or voltage surge can damage the transaxle control module.

2. Remove the front center console.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the transaxle control module.
4. Remove the screws and remove the transaxle control module.
5. Reinstall in reverse order.
