Transaxle Range Switch (A/T Models Except Sonata)

The Transaxle Range (TR) switch informs the ECM whenever the transaxle is in Neutral or Park. ECM determines automatic transmission load, and signals the Idle Air Control (IAC) servo to maintain optimum idle speed.
