Cooling System

  1. Fill radiator and coolant reservoir bottle with a 50/50 mix of water and ethylene glycol coolant designed for aluminum engines.
  2. Install radiator cap. Start engine and run until thermostat opens. Turn off engine.
  3. Carefully remove radiator cap. Refill radiator with coolant up to filler neck of radiator. Refill reservoir tank, if necessary.
  4. Install radiator cap. Start engine. Check for coolant leaks.
