DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • O2 sensor staying time below or upper the for rich/lean decision voltage is monitored.
  • Poor connection
  • Air leakage
  • Incorrect fuel pressure
  • Faulty HO2S
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Engine coolant > 75°C (167°F)
  • Engine speed: 1750~3500 RPM
  • Load value: 16~62%
Threshold value
  • Time > 30 seconds
Diagnosis Time
  • 30 seconds
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
