DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • APS2 High Input
  • Poor connection
  • Faulty Acceleration Position Sensor2 (APS2)
  • Open or short in APS2 circuit
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • ETS to PCM Communication is normal
Threshold value
  • Output voltage of APS2 is greater than or eqaul to 4.5V
  • 0.2V < Output voltage of APS1 < 2.5V
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
