DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • TPS 1 Low Input
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short to ground in TPS circuit
  • Faulty TPS
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • IG Switch: ON
Threshold value
  • Vtps1 is less than or equal to 0.2V
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
