A/T Shift Lock Solenoid

Remove the solenoid connector.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals.

Standard resistance: 12 ~ 16ohm
Attach the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal #9 and the negative (-) lead to terminal #8.

Check that an operation noise can be heard from the solenoid.
