Body Control Module: Description and Operation

Circuit Description
The Integrated Memory System(IMS) control module controls the operation of the driver power seat. Of course, the driver power seat can be controlled independently by using manual switch.

There are four function keys,AUTO, M, 1, 2, in the IMS switch. The positions of the driver power seat are adjusted and memorized in the IMS control module.

When the ignition switch in ACC or ON and the IMS switch button("1" or "2")pushed, the power driver seat are adjusted automatically to the memorized position. When the AUTO button is pushed, it moves driver seat forward or reward so driver can get in or out easily.
