Shift Lever: Removal

Remove the shift lever knob (A).

Remove the console cover (B), disconnecting the shift lever connector(A).

Separate the lever assembly (B) from the fascia bracket assembly(A).

Disconnect the cable interlinked to lever assembly.
In case of 4WD vehicle, disconnect the 4WD ECM connector(A).

Remove the fascia bracket assembly.
