DESCRIPTION:








The 2.7L V6 Tucson requires a unique adaptor to reflash the automatic transaxle control module (TCM). The adaptor connects to the Engine Compartment Data Link Connector (DLC) and to the Hi-Scan Pro Reflash Adaptor (see photos # 1 & 2).

To reflash the TCM in a 2.7L equipped Tucson, make the following connections:

1. Connect all of the components to the Hi-Scan Pro (photo # 1).

2. Connect the DLC reflash adaptor to the engine compartment DLC (photo # 2).





3. Connect the alligator clips on the battery connection adaptor to the vehicle's battery (photo # 3).

4. Perform the ATM reflash by following normal procedures. Be sure not to turn anything off before the reflash program has completed.
