DTC DETECTING CONDITION CHART

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Surge voltage (Vps) & output level voltage is monitored.
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short to ground in EGR Sol. valve circuit
  • Faulty EGR Sol. valve
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery Voltage: 10~16V
Threshold value
  • Surge Voltage, Vps: Not detected
  • Level Status: low
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
