Power Circuit Inspection
- Key "OFF".
- Disconnect TPS connector.
- Key "ON".
- Measure the voltage between terminal 2 of TPS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 5V
- Is the measured voltage within specifications?
YES : --> Go to "GROUND CIRCUIT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO : --> Check for Open or Short to ground in TPS circuit. Repair as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
