Control Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF".
  2. Disconnect ECM/PCM harness connector.
  3. IG "ON".
  4. Measure the voltage between terminal 53/C01-1 (94/C01) of PCM (ECM) harness connector and ground.

    Specification: B+

  5. Is the measured voltage within specification ?

    YES  : --> Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

    NO  : --> Check the bulb and repair as necessary.

    --> Repair Open or Short in control circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
