Control Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF".
  2. Disconnect A/C relay and ECM/PCM harness connector.
  3. IG "ON".
  4. Measure the resistance between terminal 5 of A/C relay harness connector and terminal 38/C01 -2 of ECM/PCM harness connector. (AT)

    Measure the resistance between terminal 5 of A/C relay harness connector and terminal 45/C01 of ECM/PCM harness connector. (MT)

    Specification: below 1Ω

  5. Is the measured resistance within specification?

    YES  : --> Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

    NO  : --> Repair Open in A/C relay control circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
