Ground Circuit Inspection

  1. IG "OFF".
  2. Disconnect IATS connector.
  3. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
  4. Measure voltage between terminal 5 of IATS harness connector and chassis ground. (A)
  5. Measure voltage between terminal 1 and 5 of IATS harness connector. (B)

    Specification: "A" - "B" = Below 200mV

  6. Is the measured voltage within specification?

    YES  : --> Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

    NO  : --> Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
