Ground Circuit Inspection

Check open in harness
1. IG "OFF" and disconnect Instrument cluster connector and Fuel Sender & Fuel Pump Motor connector.
2. Measure resistance between terminal 5 of Fuel Sender & Fuel Pump Motor harness connector and terminal 2 of Instrument cluster.
  Specification: Below 1Ω
3. Is the measured resistance within specification?
  YES
  - Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
  NO
  - Repair open in harness and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
